Nebu 1-Year Limited Warranty

 

Every Nebu Micro Nebulizer is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty at no extra charge. This warranty is provided by Parikh Commerce LLC ("Nebu", "we", "us") to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects and failures under normal use, as described below.

Coverage period

Your Nebu is covered for 12 months from the date your order is delivered. Keep your order confirmation email — it serves as your proof of purchase and coverage.

What's covered

• Failure of the device's motor and electronics under normal, intended use — for example, the device will not power on, will not charge, or stops producing mist due to an internal fault.
• If your device fails within the coverage period, we will send you a free replacement at no cost to you. Limit one replacement per order.

What's not covered

• The mesh cup. The mesh is a consumable part that wears out with normal use — that's why free spare cups are included with every order. Worn or clogged mesh is not a defect and is not covered.
• Accidental damage, drops, spills, or immersion in water.
• Loss or theft.
• Normal cosmetic wear (scratches, discoloration).
• Damage from misuse, failure to follow the care instructions, use of non-prescribed substances, or unauthorized repair or modification.

How to make a claim

If your device stops working within 12 months of delivery:

1. Email us at support@try-nebu.com.
2. Include your order number and a short photo or video showing the problem.
3. Once we confirm your claim, we'll ship your free replacement. A replacement does not extend or restart the original 12-month coverage period.

Optional extended coverage

Some orders may be offered a separate, paid extended coverage plan at checkout. That plan is optional and is in addition to the free 1-Year Limited Warranty described here. The free warranty above applies to every device regardless of whether extended coverage is purchased.

Limitations

Our sole obligation under this warranty is to provide one free replacement device as described above. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nebu is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in this warranty limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is governed by the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
